My company logo is called Blacksmiths and my reason for this is because 'Black' is a bold colour and it highlights that the content this film production produces is on a serious note meaning that it would not produce comedies etc. 'Smiths'is an older name and it also went with the title and I wanted to have a connection with the time period that this film production will be showing therefore that is the reason why I chose Smiths.
A production company may be usually responsible for fundraising for the production it also handles budgeting, scheduling, scripting, the supply with talent and also resources, the organisation of staff, the production itself, marketing and more. Paramount Production would be more suitable to produce my film because the have done movies that are very similar to mine and they were very successful. Paramount was the oldest film production therefore it had done a lot of mob films and that is my reason why I would trust my film with this production company. The Warner Bros Production is also suitable for to produce my film because The Warner Bros is a very successful film production also very known and the film production had a very successful films that link with my genre for example The Departed.
An distributor is responsible for all the marketing for the film and a real distributor would advertise the film directly therefore that the reason why it would be better if the company actually distributes my film and there reason why is because they could reach more of my target audience through social media, theatres and much more.
My credits had named the actors, director and producer. And the reason why I mentioned these people is because they are the names that are usually looked for in a movie therefore that is why I used it and it also used in every other movie as it provides important information to the viewers.

In task 11 I have used voki to set out our target audience and stated of what I thought my target audience would be and what I said was that 18-25 old male would be more suitable for my film and this is because they are the type of audience that would enjoy violent films and also action and the also have more disposable income therefore they are more likely to go to the cinema that a 40 year old.

Overall I believe that I have met the criteria in our opening scene. I believe that my target audience would enjoy what i have produced and also I believe that we have met what the BBFC criteria for age certificate has set.

After finalising my film opening I have shared my final film opening with family and friends and I got their views on it. There were advantages and also things that I could improve on, one of things that I should look at next time is the how fast I tell the story as it may be too much to take in. 'The music was good and also it made the film very tense and the audience are more engaged with it'. which was positive.

One of the question that was also asked from the viewer was, 'who is your target audience and why'. The answer to that question is 18-20 year old male and my reason for this is they are the main group of people who enjoys violent and crime movies and they also have disposable income which makes them more likely to spend their money on films like mine.

The other question that was also asked was 'Do you believe that you have met your audiences expectation and needs in this opening film? My answer to this was yes, and my reason is I believe that I have covered the conventions of a crime and gangster film and I have also kind of based on the stereotype of gangsters in those days, which is one safe and also definite that the audience would relate and also agree with it.
